By provisioning an account on Firetip, you gain authorized access to dispatch messaging payloads utilizing our shared or dedicated sc01 node clusters. You agree to maintain accurate profile registration metrics, manage API key variables securely, and accept full operational responsibility for all activity executing under your assigned node tenant parameters.

02. Permitted Transmission & Anti-Spam Compliance

Firetip maintains strict transactional and verified delivery policies. You explicitly represent and warrant that all email and SMS destination recipients have provided verifiable consent according to standard compliance definitions.

03. Telemetry Data & A.I. Engine Translation

Your pipeline utilizes custom A.I. core matrices (including automated translation modules and verification tracking systems). Metadata processed through the telemetry framework is analyzed in strict real-time environments to maintain delivery quality and links directly with your active database configurations.

04. Node Operations & Uptime Warranties

While our network topology remains optimized for low-latency distribution across cloud-integrated arrays, systems are provided on an "as-available" architecture frame. Routine maintenance configurations down to individual sc01 node layers are handled dynamically to ensure minimal disruption to current campaign triggers.

05. Sovereign Site Privacy vs. Campaign Analytics

Firetip operates on an architecture built around data minimization for our platform operators. Our website services function entirely without marketing cookies or persistent third-party cross-site profiling frameworks.

However, this zero-tracking policy applies strictly to your platform user session behavior. To ensure delivery auditing, out-of-the-box system tracking elements (such as campaign monitoring pixels and link redirection wrappers) are automatically injected into your dispatched email payloads to calculate open rates, delivery success, and live verification metrics within your personal command dashboards, this is part of the core features of our platform.
